1. Before you make anything
- Read the complete brief, target viewer, creator-fit guidance, compensation, cap, deadline, rights, and disclosure language.
- Apply using your real identity and the social account you intend to post from.
- There is no follower minimum unless the campaign clearly publishes one before you apply.
- A target viewer guides the content; it does not guarantee selection, reach, views, or earnings.
- Wait for in-platform selection before making campaign work.
- Do not post a draft until it is explicitly approved.
2. Content standard
- Make original, truthful, platform-native content in your own voice.
- Use only assets, facts, claims, links, and calls to action authorized in the brief.
- Do not submit duplicate, recycled, plagiarized, previously sponsored, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not fabricate experience or present an AI-generated person, voice, or testimonial as real.
- Follow accessibility requests such as captions, readable overlays, and audio clarity.
3. Disclosure standard
Use the exact campaign disclosure, normally “Paid partnership with [Brand]” and #ad. Put it where viewers will see and understand it without expanding the caption. For video, include a clear visual disclosure and, where the endorsement is spoken, a spoken disclosure. Repeat the disclosure on every platform and repost.
4. Approval and revisions
Submit the complete draft through the platform. Review checks the published brief, applicable law, brand claims, rights, and safety. A request for changes must identify the relevant requirement. Unless timing, safety, fraud, or legal risk prevents it, creators should receive one reasonable revision opportunity.
5. Posting and tracking
- Post the approved version from the approved public account within the stated deadline.
- Submit the correct live URL promptly; that approved-post timestamp starts the clock.
- Do not materially edit the post without approval during the required live period.
- Keep it public for at least the full seven-day tracking window unless the accepted brief clearly states a longer period.
- Views stack for exactly 168 hours after the approved post goes live, then lock permanently for payout calculation.
- Provide reasonable metric evidence if automated verification is unavailable.
6. Legitimate performance only
- No bots, click farms, purchased views, engagement pods, view exchanges, macros, scripts, or automated inflation.
- No prizes, payments, barter, misleading giveaways, or other inducements designed to inflate campaign metrics.
- No repeated self-viewing, hidden redirects, misleading traffic acquisition, or manipulation of tracking.
- No multiple accounts, false identities, impersonation, or coordinated duplicate submissions.
7. Compensation
All amounts in the current Zerobase briefs are denominated in United States dollars (USD). The accepted brief shows the guaranteed base, rate, measurement window, per-post maximum, and funding status. The base becomes eligible after approved content is correctly posted and verified; $1 USD is added per 1,000 legitimate public views that accumulate from the approved post timestamp until exactly 168 hours later. The view count then locks, and later views do not increase payout. The stated per-post maximum still applies.
Applying or submitting an unapproved draft does not create a payment right. A brand should not approve work unless funded capacity is available for the creator’s displayed maximum payout. Payment processors or financial institutions may apply conversion rates or fees when a creator receives USD in another currency. Disputed metrics may be held for review, but undisputed earned compensation should continue through payout processing.
8. Rights
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting approved campaign content, you grant the platform and Zerobase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for operating the platform and fulfilling the accepted brief. You must have permission for music, footage, people, trademarks, and every other element in your submission.
9. Enforcement and appeal
A breach may lead to revision, rejection, removal, exclusion of invalid metrics, suspension, or account termination. Serious fraud or rights violations may be reported to payment providers, brands, platforms, or authorities where lawful. A creator may ask for the reason and submit relevant evidence through support.
